I was very impressed by our experience with the paediatric dentist today for baby teeth removal. Both my child and I felt anxious but we were quickly put at ease by their friendly and professional manner. Everything was fully explained before it was done and we were given lots of chances to ask any questions. I'm very grateful to the dentist Isabelle and assistant Liz for making the process as good an experience as possible and for taking such good care of my child throughout. It also helped having the previous trial appointment for sedation gas and to meet the dentist, so it was all more familiar for the actual extraction day. Thank you very much.

Such a beautiful clinic with the most high tech equipment and zen vibe. Just makes you want to come back again! And that’s not a common thing for dentists or orthodontists to make a patient feel so relaxed and in good hands. Very impressed with my first visit

Amazing!! I had ‘shark teeth’ where my upper canines were double layered, with my baby teeth refusing to fall out and my adult teeth raised above. I then came here and they gave me braces. Very quickly I saw differences, and I was left with astonishing results! This was truly a great experience, which I know is not always the case with getting braces. Dr Patel and her team were all so supportive, professional and gentle. Thank you!!

Being a complex case, I had been turned down for treatment by several orthodontists, which was really disheartening. So I was immensely relieved when Dr Sheetal Patel agreed to take on my case after such careful planning. Over the 18+ months I was under the care of Dr Patel and her team, I was always treated with utmost kindness, professionalism, and empathy. Everyone at the clinic made me feel comfortable and supported, and the environment itself is clean, calm, and welcoming. Attending appointments never felt like a chore. My treatment was completed this week, and I am overjoyed with the result. I highly recommend this specialist orthodontic centre. My son suffers from anxiety at the dentist and the paediatric dentist and the nurse were so kind and thoughtful. They explained the procedure clearly and answered all my son’s questions, giving him peace of mind and made him feel in very safe hands. 5 stars!

Highly recommend this clinic. I came here specifically to see Dr Sheetal Patel who is the only Dr currently listed as having VieSID’s interdisciplinary training in the whole of the UK. Dr Sheetal is extremely knowledgeable and impressive in her diagnostic and treatment approach. She used modern technologies and equipment for examination and diagnoses, which was very thorough and reassuring. More words need to be spread about VieSID’s philosophy and interdisciplinary approach here in the UK. The staff are also friendly, helpful and professional. It was a nice experience working with the team, which is not something one would say everyday about dental treatment.
