Lewis explained me everything in detail and also suggested the best treatments keeping my situation in mind. He is very polite and kind. Karan at the desk was very accommodating and helped me get my appointment sorted. Love the place and the service. Highly recommended!

Lewis was (as always) professional, friendly, and made me and my kids feel completely at ease throughout our appointment. The dental hygienist was also excellent — very gentle but thorough, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The reception staff were welcoming, helpful, and made booking appointments quick and easy. Overall, a great team who provide fantastic care and customer service. I would highly recommend this practice.

I booked a last minute hygentist appointment with Ms Swaddle whilst working away in Gateshead, she was fantastic, very thorough and quite painless compared to other hygenists I have been to. The receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Thank you! 😊🙏

I'm 33 and this is the first time I have been actually numb on my bottom jaw. I was totally comfortable comfortable going for a second filling, honestly kind of excited to not be in pain. Lewis was calm and patient, talked me through everything, and listened immediately when I said I could still feel it. He figured out how my nerves are weird and told me what's needed to actually numb my jaw. Highly recommend.

Fab practice. When I was a kid, I had a professional, softly spoken, well adjusted dentist. She left the UK and I was in search of a new one, after going through 8 practices I found this one, Simon is my dentist and he reminds me of my original dentist, he's corrected all the other practices work and none of my fillings have gone in at the back, a real testiment to his skill. Karen on the reception is wonderful and the practice has a warm clean smell,the other patients have clearly been coming all their life, the Lobley Hill practice is a gem 💎.
