My experience was truly beautiful. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how clean, neat, and welcoming the environment felt—it immediately put me at ease. Ms. Sarah, the receptionist, greeted me with such a warm smile and made me feel comfortable right away. I felt genuinely welcomed. Ms. Samita, the nurse on duty, was equally kind—polite, friendly, and reassuring throughout. Mr. Aakash, the dentist, was attentive and caring, taking the time to clearly explain my dental health and answer my questions. His calm and thoughtful approach made the whole experience feel relaxed and reassuring. I left not only with a healthy smile, but with a real sense of comfort and confidence. I’m truly grateful for the experience.

Wonderful service from start to finish. Akash is a talented and skilled dentist. I love all of the cosmetic work he has done for me. It looks completely natural and has given me a new confidence! The friendly reception staff (Sarah and Kitty) and lovely dental nurse Samita have made we feel relaxed throughout my treatment. Also, thanks to Archana for all of her wise advice. First time I have come for a consultation for having Implants, it was meant to be for an hour and went on for an hour and a half with Archana, explained comprehensive treatment in full. I was put at ease, under no pressure and my knowledge has now improved immensely and the whole practice is like a Harley Street experience with a professional mannerism and clean and hygienic. I am very happy with the overall experience and service. I am considering having my treatment here and highly recommend the consultation with Smile Arch and Archana the lady behind the practice.

I had a great experience at Smile Arch Dental . The staff were Dentist Sheema and Nurses Kusum, Smirita and all staffs were welcoming, friendly and professional. I found new equipment's , clean. The service was quick, and everything was clean and well organized. I highly recommend this place!

Had a great hygiene appointment with Akash who was very good, along with his assistants Samir’s and kusum. Great professional service. Also had a good implant consultation with Archana the day before which was informative and very professional. A high standard clinic that is clean and has a nice relaxing and professional vibe. Sarah the receptionist and front of house is also amazing and super friendly and professional. All round 5 star treatment and standard so far. Highly recommend. Not your average run of the mill dental clinics.

I had my first visit today and it was a great experience overall. The nurses, Samita and Kusom, were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout. Sara at reception was also welcoming and helpful. Akash, the dentist, did an amazing job with my teeth. He was attentive and helped guide me in the right direction for improving my dental health. I’d highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and caring dental treatment.

Amazing service. I had an emergency appointment for a new crown and the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help. They even glued on my old crown free of charge whilst I wait for my next appointment. A big thank you to Akash, Serya and Archana . Very professional service
