Elvetham Dental

This practice has really gone down hill since Marius left . I was a patient of Marius for a number of years. His services I could not fault, he was a genuine person and explored every option possible to achieve the best outcome for his patients. Recently pricing having become ridiculous within the practice, with excessive charges throughout. Also if you want a hygienist visit with hydro-flow it’s a 4 month wait. My advice is to avoid this practice, and find a dentist who wants to work with you and pays attention to your needs.

Go elsewhere!! I called them up to cancel my appointment due to a car crash and my car being written off. I couldn’t get through after multiple attempts so I left a message. They then got me kicked off the NHS list they said because I missed this appointment without letting them know and I missed an appointment 10 years ago. I sent my phone records in to prove I called them, the receptionist was unhelpful. Avoid!!

I have waited weeks for an appointment and what a waste of time that was. This last visit just confirmed for me what I started think on my previous visit, this practice is all about the money they can get from you. Really disappointed. I asked her to help me save my remaining teeth as they are deteriorating due to a health problem. (She completely ignored this), she asked, "Do you eat fruit?" I said, "I do". Her reply, "Then if you continue to eat it there is nothing we can do to help you". Offered me a nightguard at £300 +. That may or may not help. What sort of treatment plan is that? Feel extremely let down by this practice. Time to move on. 🙁 😞

We took our son for examination. We first used the online form to enquire. They were prompt in reply. We telephoned to be answered by a very friendly team member. We filled out the necessary forms online before we went in. Our boy was ambivalent at first but within a minute of entering, he settled into the warm and inviting ambiance of the clinic and was a chatty self to the ladies at the reception counter. Adults, children, senior citizens frequent this clean establishment. All the team members on the front desk as well as hygienists were professional and caring. Mister Van Rensburg (doctor surgeon) with wealth of experience put our boy at ease in an instant once we took our boy to the first floor examination room. The advice was clear, concise sans jargon making it very easy to understand. Follow up and everything was brilliant as well. Fully recommended. Top class A1 folks in here.

Excellent dental practice. Marius together with his nurse provide outstanding care & attention. I am a very nervous patient who unfortunately requires quite a bit of dental work. Marius is highly skilled & patient and his nurse is just lovely. My confidence grows with every visit and my teeth are getting stronger. I must also mention the receptionists who are always welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful. Thank you for your care.

Excellent dental care. Lovely staff throughout including the receptionists, the dentists, the nurses and the hygienists. I have just completed a long period of dental implants and corrective work, and am delighted with the results. The administration and dentistry are superb. Big shout out to Martin, Marley, Vicky, Priyah, Sarah and Susan who supported me along my journey. Great practice to go to if you have anxiety. I will not go anywhere else. Excellent as usual. I’ve just seen the dentist and hygienist for my regular 6-month checkup—great & friendly service from all the staff as always. I’ve been going to this dentist for around ten + years and never had to complain. Keep up the good work.
