Bupa Dental Care Fleet- Fleet Road

What a wonderful service. I was on holiday and had an abscess develop. The receptionists were so helpful, to me and, I noticed, to everyone they dealt with. The dentist and nurse were efficient, helpful and kind. I was so lucky that there had been a cancellation, I had the tooth extracted the same morning. Needless to say, the dentist was exceptional, competent and really good at explaining the treatment and the options. Overall, it was exceptional and faultless service.

I fell and caused extensive damage to my four front teeth, meaning multiple root canals and ultimately, four crowns. I could not recommend this dentist highly enough. From entering through the doors to leaving again, I was looked after so attentively. Fady K did an excellent job at reassuring me, guiding me through the process and ultimately, giving me better teeth than I had before the injury. He made one of the most stressful periods of my life infinitely less stressful - I will be eternally grateful to this practice and to Fady in particular, but also to the absolute magic that dentists can do. Trust the process!

Stella and her nurse (wish I knew her name) definitely went the extra mile for me. I had no appointment but they could see I was in pain and stayed an extra couple of hours after the practice had closed so that they could offer me treatment. I have nothing but praise for all of the wonderful staff working there.

I had my implant inserted today, by Stella and her assistant, Pancha. Stella has been my Dentist for a few years, she is truly ONE IN A MILLION, I couldn’t wish for anyone else. Stella consistently provides a caring, friendly, professional service and always demonstrates a high level of knowledge and empathy. I highly recommend Stella, she is quite simply amazing - just brilliant. Pancha was attentive, polite and reassuring throughout my experience today, thank you. Kirstie and Hayley performed the most painless hygienist appointment I have ever had whilst also having the most results. They were conscientious, listened and adapted to my sensitivity to stop the pain. They knew exactly what they were doing whilst maintaining a friendly and positive atmosphere. Will definitely ask for them again.

Always top professional service at the conveniently located Bupa Dental on Fleet Road. Mina on reception was extremely polite and efficient and my dentist, Stella, I can highly recommend. I have never thought to go anywhere else as everyone there does such a great job. 👏🏻
