Olivia is just brilliant! .Due to a past unpleasant experience, at a different practice, I am an extremely nervous patient. Olivia explaIns eveything , takes so much time to reassure and check in with you, throughout all procedures, and is just so kind, caring and gentle. My teeth have never felt so healthy! Since moving to the Isle of Wight , I have continued to have both , hygienist and dental appointments with Olivia at Elmsleigh house, as they are SUPERB.

Having chosen Kostas at Elmsleigh House Dental Clinic to do my dental realignment I certainly made the right decision. From my initial consultation he has been nothing short of fabulous. Professional , attentive with attention to detail being foremost . Nothing is too much trouble and having previously had orthodontic treatment elsewhere which was less than 5 star I was so pleased to receive this level of care . Thank you Kostas .

Having had demon dentists as a child, any major work now brings a little trepidation. Hugh was tasked with removing a wisdom tooth and he couldn't have been more re-assuring and straightforward with his explanation of the procedure, even when there was extra effort to get it out he was ice cool. NO pain and not as uncomfortable as expecting.

As a reticent and nervous patient with experience only of 1960's brutal dentistry, going to a dentist brings back awful memories. But Olivia was the solution, patient gentle and empathetic she guided me through each process until I actively look forward to my next appointment, well, possibly going too far there, but I'm not dreading it! In all seriousness, everyone at the practice is professional, friendly and reassuring, I couldn't ask for better.

She’s thorough, gentle, and genuinely cares about your comfort and dental health. The whole team is attentive and professional, making every visit a positive one. Routine exams with Cathleen have also been fantastic—she's friendly, meticulous, and always makes you feel at ease.
