Taken on time by friendly cheerful staff. My hygienist was patient during my treatment and even managed to make me laugh. My gums have improved thanks to their good advice so, things are working out to plan. A nice comfortable and clean surgery.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to the whole team. I’m absolutely delighted with Dr. Marta’s work — the bonding looks amazing, and she’s such a talented and caring dentist. I’d recommend her to anyone without hesitation! Also, a huge thanks to her wonderful assistant Euan — he’s so professional and really makes every visit a great experience. I’d also love to thank Dr. Bashir — my Invisalign journey has been fantastic. All his advice was so thoughtful and helpful, and the results speak for themselves! He is also pasionated implantologist — it’s been three years since my implant was placed, and I haven’t had a single issue. And of course, I can’t forget Kirsty — she’s an incredible hygienist, always so friendly and full of great tips to help improve oral health. I am not a good patient. Despite regular visits and remain terrified of the dentist. Had an appointment today with Dr Eslam for 4 fillings and completely painless. Dentist was patient and calming and it was a really positive experience. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I broke my tooth called my dentist they had no appointment for the day i said to receptionist it's very painfull she said i have no appointment, then I called Falkirk Dental Care said they are not taking any new patients but you can fill the form on line and go on waiting list I said OK. I said to the receptionist i broke my tooth and it's very painful receptionist said I can offer you as private patient oppoitment i said yes because I was in pain receptionist give me the oppoitment. When I arrived in the clinic I got welcoming by assistant Bev she was so nice and caring. Bev took me into waiting room then Dentist Mr Bashir came he took me into surgery room sat me down and ask me how the pain started i explain the broken tooth Mr Bashir remove the wisdom tooth very professional way i highly recommend and his staff. Specially Bev took care of me from start until finish. Many thanks all of Falkirk Dental Care family.

I cannot fault the clinical staff, my dentist and assistant were brilliant. That said, the amount of times my appointments where consistently delayed or rearranged, unbelievable, and with no consideration to my professional obligations. I had some front teeth removed and was very self conscious, the reception staff (whilst I appreciate were "doing their job") didn’t give a toss. So fantastic clinical staff, appalling clerical staff

Words cannot describe how amazing this practice is. I have dealt with Dr Bashir, Neringa and Gosia, all experts at their craft. The practice is so welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Having treated myself to a dental refresh for my 60th birthday I would highly recommend this practice. No need to travel further afield for excellent dental care that we already have in our own town. Had two visits recently, an emergency appointment on a Friday evening. Excellent service, as per usual, not my favourite night out though! I was happy that I was able to be seen so quickly and treatment went well. Wasn't my usual dentist, but he was very cheery which helped, I'm a nervous patient. Second visit was to see Kirsty, dental hygienist, great manner, despite my tensing throughout. She explains everything and gives good instruction to maintain dental health. I have been registered for about three years, only wish I'd come here sooner. Highly recommend to everyone.
