Had a dental check up for myself and my son yesterday. The full patient journey was flawless, greeted by everyone including the manager. I’m aware there’s been a change in dentists recently however Lucy was fantastic and professional and excellent with my son who was a little nervous. Despite sitting upstairs next to the Orthodontics’s department there team were also friendly. Lovely atmosphere! Highly recommended

Had been a patient of Grahams Road Dental Practice for over 10yrs and found all the dentists excellent. Whilst their facility and front facing reception staff is and are very nice, recent experiences have tarnished this in that the practice is run more so like a business and the conversations between new dentists are more transactions, less interactions. Whilst understandable to discuss finances prior to treatment, never have I felt more like a number and less like a patient.

Staff are so friendly. This was my first appointment with a new dentist. He was very clear in explaining the options I have regarding my teeth and was very pleasant

They are amazing with my son, who feels uneasy about going to the dentist. They explain everything and talk him through it all. As a family we can't fault them, only small issue is lack of disabled parking.

I honestly can’t recommend Eve highly enough. From my very first appointment, she has consistently made me feel completely at ease, something that hasn’t always been easy for me when it comes to dental visits. Her calm, friendly manner and genuine care immediately put me in a relaxed state, and that has made such a difference to my overall experience. Eve takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers any questions with patience, and never makes you feel rushed or judged. It’s obvious she truly cares about her patients and takes pride in her work, which really shows in the level of professionalism and attention to detail she brings to every appointment. Without a doubt, she’s one of the best dentists I’ve ever had. I feel very lucky to be under her care and sincerely hope she’ll be there for years to come. If you’re looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, and genuinely puts you at ease, Eve is absolutely the one to see.
