My first time at this dentist and I’m so impressed with how well I was treated. Made to feel very welcome by the receptionists. The dentist was really kind and professional, felt very nervous going in to see the dentist but it was genuinely a good experience. His assistant was so lovely and again very professional. After the appointment I spoke with both of the lovely receptionists who gave me so much information that I requested and were so professional and friendly. Thank you for making my appointment enjoyable, it meant a lot.

I recently joined Victoria Road Dental Practice and every interaction I’ve had has been fantastic. All of the staff are so friendly, welcoming, and efficient. I was able to get a check-up very quickly, and they were incredibly accommodating when I asked if there were any sooner appointments available. Zoe and the receptionists were especially lovely and made me feel so comfortable and cared for throughout. I honestly couldn’t praise the team enough - I’m so grateful and genuinely so happy with my experience. Thank you all so much!

My 1st experience with the practice was via email, each one had a response within minutes, which was very impressive. Came in 2 weeks later for 1st appointment was with Mr Rehan. Very informative, explained everything including costs involved. Dental nurse was very kind and friendly. The receptionist was also very informative, kind and looked like she really enjoyed working there. 2nd appointment for a filling and hygienist went just as well. Mr Rehan & Nurse kept asking if I was okay and to say if I needed them to stop. Very gentle and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been. Very grateful to have found this practice

I would like to share my feedback regarding my experience today. I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the doctor who performed my tooth extraction. He administered the injection so gently that I didn’t even feel the needle in my gum. The entire procedure was smooth and surprisingly comfortable—truly a very pleasant experience. In comparison, my previous experience at another private clinic, where I had my first molar removed, was completely different. The attitude there was unacceptable, and I would honestly rate that clinic a 1 out of 10. In my opinion, it does not deserve to be called a private clinic, as the prices they charge do not reflect the quality of service or the level of care they provide. This morning I had my first appointment here. The team at reception were welcoming and the waiting area was a relaxing space. I was seen on time and was treated with care and consideration. The treatment going forward was explained. Which I am more than happy with, but felt if I wasn’t, I could speak openly. I would recommend Victoria Road dental practice to friends and family based on my experience today. Had a hygienist appointment with Muhammad this morning. He did a fantastic job and he really had his work cut out for him. Some teeth are really sensitive but he was so caring, thorough and understanding. I have absolute confidence and trust in him. I can’t stop looking at my lovely teeth. Thank you Muhammad.

My first impression of the practice was very positive. The reception staff were all very friendly. The implant team Russel and all the nurses are all really friendly, kind and caring. The whole procedure was explained really well by the implant coordinator Becky. From childhood I have always been really nervous going to the dentist but I felt at ease very quickly. Thank you Team !
