Friendly reception team, comfy waiting room chairs and a professional and skilled dental team. I see Shelby and Ben every two months with a payment plan and i used to be super nervous of anything dental, but they have both helped me become more confident with my treatments. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Life Dental & Wellbeing to anyone.
Dr. Shelby and the entire staff were fantastic! Everyone was very kind, courteous, and polite. I had to switch my appointment due to schedule conflicts in my personal life, and they were very accommodating about finding me a suitable time. Dr. Shelby herself was informative and let me know what she was doing at every step. She also has delightful taste in music and media if you need any recommendations. All in all, everyone was really wonderful and made this a surprisingly pleasant experience - especially given that this was a visit to the dentist.
Whilst I can not say I enjoy my visits to see Ben and the team, due to the somewhat painful treatment. I must say that everything is handled professionally and effectively by the whole team. From the appointment reminder call to the next appointment booking everyone is 5 star worthy.
I had a great experience with life dental, stained front tooth which they were able to asses and fix very promptly and then standard check up. Very friendly and welcoming team, I've changed over from my regular dentist as it was such a good service
My appointment with the hygienist, Tyler, went way beyond my expectations and put paid to any worries I may have had, given some of my previous experience of hygienist visits. Tyler was professional to a fault: clear in his explanations and guidance, expert and considerate with the procedure. I would recommend him without reservation.
I got my appointment very luckily for my teeth cleaning just one day before the cleaning. Shelby and her assistant did a very great job cleaning my teeth and helping me to relax. Very professional and thorough. Great communication. I am very impressed and satisfied with the cleaning they helped me with, and I look forward to seeing them again.
Bit of a mixed bag of a review this. In terms of reception staff and even the dentistry staff I’ve seen over the years, all have been great. Including the cleanliness and decor. I am a bit perplexed however with the "wellbeing" part of the name. I (like most people) have made an event faux-pa and missed my appointment. Within minutes I’ve received a call advising that 2 more strikes and I’m out (not as blunt but the point remains). I on the other hand have had countless amounts of appointments just cancelled and that’s final, there’s no question, it’s just cancelled and I’m not talking 24 hours and below, sometimes 2-3 days in advance which stands me to believe that priority of "THEIR" wellbeing has been prioritised over mine. My last appointments just been cancelled (07-01-26 @16:11) and when I asked if a "private" dentist could do my "NHS" check up instead due to them currently not having any NHS staff on the payroll. That too was just a no. Despite me not cancelling and me not having any control over their dentists, it’s a little one sided. Again, and I’m open to correction in terms of hard evidence, I would say that monetary wellbeing to Mr Pearson is preferential over my or any other NHS patients actual wellbeing. I would like to also stress this is my belief but in order for that belief to be converted, evidence to the contrary will be required. If not. My belief stands.
