Neem tree were so good today in fitting me in for an emergency appointment after a broken tooth. Alice was amazing in giving me the best hygiene appointment I’ve had. Her knowledge and expertise are second to none and she is by far the most gentle hygienist I have ever been to with no pain experienced at all during the treatment - thank you so much!

I thank you for the help that you gave me on a Saturday in an emergency, but unfortunately it became apparent as I discussed things with the dentist that you are not comfortable/knowledgeable enough to treat patients with the same symptoms as myself caused by severe Ehlers Danlos, Mast Cell disorder etc, despite your best intentions along with having caring, friendly staff. Neem Tree is as I say friendly, local general surgery despite lacking some things which would help nervous patients like myself further such as the wand anaesthetic machine. I am pleased to read of so many friendly and kind reviews before mine as I did experience this from your staff and I wish you the best. It would have the jackpot if you could have helped me!

From our very first visit, Dr. Joana Ferreira, Dr. Aliki Tsichlaki, and the entire team treated my sons as if they were part of their own family. My two sons—who were boarding students at ACS Cobham—each began treatment at the practice: one with Invisalign and the other with orthodontic braces. The team showed exceptional understanding and always worked around our boys’ school schedules, making it easy to find convenient appointment times. I'd also like to extend a huge thank you to Celeste and Chiara on reception, whose kind reminders and consistently professional, helpful communication were a godsend. As a mother living in a different time zone, I had complete peace of mind knowing my boys were in such caring and capable hands. Overall, our experience was simply wonderful.
