I had a regular hygienist appointment earlier today. My clean was done by Claire who is friendly & makes me feel comfortable. The ladies on reception deal with a lot but are also friendly & welcoming. I’ve been using Chequer Hall Dentist for years now & initially there was a high turnover of dentists for a while which wasn’t good. Since then, there has been a huge improvement & Luis is my regular, familiar face at the practice who is an exceptional dentist. I am happy with the reliable dental service they provide.

Been coming to this dentist for many years as nhs so was worried when I got moved private , I was also given a new dentist with the cost was high but you do get it all explained and come home with a price for work needed . Rachel from the front desk is lovely always a smile and super helpful. Shrishti my dentist i have been with a while now and she is always friendly, happy and makes me feel relaxed explains everything and if I am not happy with anything it gets sorted. I have not finished my main treatment yet but so far I am happy , Shrishti's assistant is lovely too xx

My experience of appointments with Shrishti is always positive. She takes time to explain and also to listen. She has a great attitude and lovely manner. Her expertise and treatment of my dental needs is a great help, as no one enjoys visiting the dentist.

I have visited several local dentists and hygienists in recent years. However, none have been as friendly, kind and considerate as Ina at Chequers Hall, MyDentist in Ely. Ina Serpetyte gives exceptional care to teeth and gums. She is clearly passionate about her role and the wellbeing of patients under her care. I am sorry I went elsewhere, glad to have returned. In a time where things are financially tight, it's not easy to get people to the dentist. A visit here and it feels worthwhile.

How many of us love going to the dentist? ... exactly! However all the staff are kind, patient and actually listen to cowards like me who always ask for extra pain relief! The service is professional across all the things they offer .... and I am relieved to have the peace of mind that they know what they are doing.

Absolutely wonderful care and wonderful Dr. Domingos MAMEDE. Also wonderful assistant. I had my tooth extracted today . Was so nice, easy and quickly, with no pain . Feeling excellent at the moment 😁👍 Bingo , all done what i wanted 😁👍🙌 Thank you sooooooo much again 😁👍 Oksana

Got an emergency appointment and it wasn’t my teeth that hurt. It was the ligaments between the teeth and my jaw! Amazingly they refunded my appointment fee of £135. Thank you so much - you’ve made my Xmas😊
