Elland Dental Practice

Gave this practice a very negative review years back but it has improved so much in the last couple of years. Never waiting long for an appointment. My dentist treats me with care and kindness after I've had many traumatic experiences with other dentists. It really makes all the difference to the patient's to know we are in good hands, with clinicians we can trust so thank you so much to the dentist who works on the ground floor (sorry I forgot his name!). And to the nurses too!

I’m sorry but the negative reviews on here are false, I have to say from the moment you walk in you are welcomed by the staff. Dr Ahmed is fantastic he makes me feel at ease as I’m a nervous wreck on my appointments. He’ll explain everything in great detail nothing is too much trouble. I had my wisdom teeth removed he did a great job no issues afterwards, he explained the after care process in detail nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Great Dentist practice. Receptionist is always very organised, polite and cheerful. Dr Ahmed is always professional and chatty to put you at ease. Treatment is always good and I never feel pressured to have a treatment, sometimes good advice is offered instead. The Dental nurses are also cheerful and supportive. Just a positive experience.

Had to go in for 2 fillings today and was so nervous! However, Dr Asam was so lovely and really put my mind at ease - I didn't even feel the needles go in! Super professional and way less stressful than I expected it to be. The receptionist was also lovely 🙂

what a lovely man Dr Ahmed was he explained everything thoroughly to me as he gave me 3 choices on having a chipped tooth repaired. The tooth was repaired quickly with lots of care given throughout. Would definitely recommend very knowledgeable. The receptionist was very helpful and had a very professional and efficient manner about her.

Brilliant dentist and staff! Dr Ahmed is exceptionally professional and passionate about patient care from my experience. I have suffered from a number of oral issues in the past and never been happy with the care I received but I am at ease after joining this practice a few months ago. Can not recommend enough!

So pleased to report on my excellent experience at this dentists yesterday. As a nervous patient I was feeling very anxious about attending for an extraction to remove a tooth which had previously broken. Dr Ahmed is very patient and reassuring; he doesn't rush and is always happy to answer questions and explain procedures. He allowed plenty of time for the area around the tooth to become numb and amazingly I didn't feel a thing when the tooth was pulled out!! In fact I didn't realise he had done so. He then allowed plenty time for follow up check and gave me advice on aftercare at home. I highly recommend this dentist and the staff at the clinic are friendly, helpful and polite.
