Experience at this orthodontist was extremely poor and unsatisfactory. I came here for an appointment with Louise Turner in May 2026. On the website it shows she has accomplished lots of courses to signify her excellence in this department. However, this couldn’t be farther from the truth. I was asked whether I wanted an xray to be completed on one side of my teeth or both. I said both which was decided previously as it was necessary. I was then shockingly told that only one side was getting done. I’m usually respectful but why even ask in the first place then? Anyways after the xray was completed she said she doesn’t know how to read X-rays. How that can that even be possible as a professional in this field. There needs to be a change, and honestly, this experience was very frustrating and disappointing.

This review is well overdue, but better later than never! I had braces five years ago, which left me with so-called "overjet" teeth. Before the braces were removed, I raised this concern with Dr Eman El-Bahnassawy, but she tried to convince me that this is how it should be and made me feel stupid for raising it! I remember this so vividly because I got home very upset after this appointment. Anyway, I accepted this with no further questioning, as I am not a dentist or an expert in this field, and trusted that Dr Eman El-Bahnassawy knew better, and maybe it was just me. Now, fast forward five years later and an extra of couple of thousands spent, I had to get aligners to fix this overjet, as it simply caused me so much discomfort! When I had my appointment with the new orthodontist, this is when I learned and got to know the term for the issue Dr Eman El-Bahnassawy had created. Please note, I never had overjet teeth before! Very disappointed with my experience with this practice, and sadly that I had to pay and go through an additional treatment elsewhere due to the results after the treatment at the Ardmillan practice.

Had an amazing experience with braces. The staff are amazing, thank you to Dr Turner and Dr El-Bahnassawy and everyone else.

I am absolutely delighted with my treatment at Ardmillan Orthodontics!! The team are very friendly and welcoming- making me feel at complete ease through out my course of treatment. They are an amazing team. From my personal experience I had Invisalign and my treatment was just under one year long and I have had fabulous results and lots of compliments from friends and family! The orthodontist at the practice- Dr Eman has been amazing in guiding me throughout the process and I can easily tell that she is an expert 🙂 Overall I am so so happy with my treatment I feel so much more confident in myself and my smile. I am eternally grateful to all the team at Ardmillan Orthodontics.

My daughter got her braces fitted a year and a half ago by Ardmillan and got them off today. My daughters smile looks amazing. Her teeth are completely straight. The care from the staff has been amazing. And the aftercare aswell I thought she would be discharged but she will be seen every 3 months. Couldn’t recommend enough!
