Seen by Dr C Patel for my 14 year old son’s braces. She was professional and had great patient skills. The reception team were lovely and friendly.

Great experience. My daughter had her braces in for about 14 months. We have seen Chandni the orthodontist almost every 6 weeks and my daughter was very happy with how it all progressed. Taken a picture after they have been taken off.

While receiving braces I was treated with special care, talked through the full process and experienced 0 pain as they are very skilled and cautious people!

My son has just had his braces removed after 16 months. He is delighted with the result. Miss Chandon Patel was very professional yet dealt with my son in a sympathetic and respectful way and always took his view into account. If you are debating about the cost you can pay monthly and the result is worth it to see a smile on a grateful teenager. The reception staff are also lovely, friendly and welcoming.

Really frustrated with the service and wait times. My son was referred through his dentist in December 2024, we were told it was a 9-12 month wait to be seen. Next week it will be 12 months and now we are being told it is 12-18 month wait. There was no email sent to share this information. Really poor customer service.
