Bupa Dental Care Ebbw Vale

Best dental practise I have ever been too. I am lucky to be with them, especially as non private patient. All of the staff are friendly, professional, extremely kind and supportive. If I could give them over 5 stars I would!

Always a nervous patient, however kris and laura made me so comfortable i forgot I was in the dentist. Very professional service in a relaxed environment even with Abber playing in the background. I can honestly say I have never walked out the dentist with a smile on my face before. Had an extraction and didnt feel a thing. Thankyou both fantastic experience see you in 3 weeks.

Friendly receptionists, always made to feel welcome. Very empathetic on the phone in an emergency. Pillar who is my dentist is lovely, very caring, willing to listen to any concerns and always willing to help.

I was extremely nervous going to see the hygienist for the first time. I have a fear of the dentist and haven't been for years Bonnie made me feel at ease instantly she was was lovely she explained everything to me before she started and I can't believe how clean my teeth are I signed up to a monthly subscription and booked my next appointment so gone from having a fear to visiting regularly. I visited the hygienist for the first time in years and I was made to feel relaxed as soon has I walked in the room. Esther the hygienist was lovely, she explained everything she was going to do because my teeth are not in the best condition. Esther made my experience so good and she gave me good advice in how to look after my teeth better. I will definitely be booking another appointment to she her. The dental nurse was fab to Natalie xx

Had my first appointment here this afternoon and can’t recommend the practice enough. Both ladies on reception were extremely polite and very helpful with directions prior to my arrival. The hygienist Esther and Rachel were incredibly welcoming, extremely friendly and very knowledgeable in their field. They both made me feel very welcome and at total ease during my appointment which I have struggled to receive at my previous dentist. The value of the clean was very reasonable also compared to what I have previously paid. Thank you so much, I have already booked in my second clean with them.

I have had toothache for the last 3 days. It has gotten so bad that I can't sleep and eating is hard as its a front tooth. I called bupa and eventhough it took a while to talk to someone I am so thankful to the staff. They had no emergency appointments available but the receptionist (claire) was so helpful. She contacted the Tredegar branch and was able to get me an appointment for today. I haven't had the appointment yet but to know i have one is such a big relief. I can not thank her enough for helping me. 5 stars for me, Merry Christmas Bupa
