Bupa Dental Care Eastbourne

My Dentist Violeta Kanelova is very professional , polite and friendly .She checks all my teeth and always explain clearly if I need any further treatments, it makes me feel comfortable .I have had no tooth problems since I started seeing her four years ago. I also appreciate her honesty .At my recent appointment, she told me that my teeth did not need scaling and therefore did not charge me for the procedure. She only recommends the treatments that are genuinely necessary. Her assistant and the reception staff are very polite and friendly.The clinic is also always clean and well maintained.

I had an extraction at another practice. About a week later I got an infected, but sadly my own dentist had no availability due to a staff shortage. They were so helpful with regards to advice & urged & recommended Bupa dental care. I explained the situation & the staff fit me in as an emergency that afternoon, did an x-ray, cleaned socket, & provided antibiotics, & a follow up appointment the following week. I am now back with my own dentist again. Both practices are very good, but I just wanted to thank the reception staff, dentist Meda Radu, & the nurses for being so helpful.

Outstanding and highly recommend. I have been with this dental surgery about a year, and let me tell you finding a good dentist when I moved to Eastbourne had not been easy and now I've found an excellent dentist, with high standards and enjoys what she does. From the welcome from the reception team, to being greeted by the dentist herself, this is a truly enjoyable experience. Violeta has looked after beyond my expectations and most recently helped me smile a wide smile again by using composite bonding to improve the look of my front 4 teeth. When I was the finished result I was beyond happy with teary eyes ...... Violeta is an exceptional dentist and person. I'm so glad I found her

I feel very lucky to have found a dentist who is excellent. Vasil Blagoev looks after me very well and I am a very nervous patient. I won't use anyone else. Also the staff there are excellent and kind caring people.

Thank you to my fabulous dentist Violeta and her dental nurse Kerry , who have done such an amazing job on my teeth today, they are brighter, whiter and beautifully shaped … I actually can’t stop smiling! All in one sitting too! The whole team at Bupa dental care are so welcoming, friendly and helpful, thank you, I really appreciate you all and look forward to my visits ! Simply the dream team !
