I had a hygienist appointment at Smilessence and, as always, it was a pleasure visiting them. I was greeted with a warm smile by Jaz, who made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. My hygienist, Mehnoosh, was professional, friendly, and thorough throughout the appointment. The whole experience was comfortable and positive from start to finish. I would highly recommend Smilessence to anyone looking for excellent dental care.

What a great place to get dental treatment from. Have had a good experience from everyone I have met here, starting from the reception staff. I have had a crown and an implant done by Karen, 2 fillings from Ria and hygiene appointments with Mehrnoosh. All done right the first time. They make it feel like a walk in the park. Ria made me laugh. She was humming to a song while doing my fillings. Only someone with confidence could do that. I can easily say I will be coming here for the foreseeable future.

Smileessence must be the most fabulous Dentist in Britain! The Stafford charming they make you feel so at ease and their explanations of all of the procedures are perfect. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Followed by a dental cleaning taken with care, by Mehrnoosh, blessed with a gentle touch & a personality to match. All under the guidance of my dentist Nathan, who meticulously plans your care. Makes you feel welcome. And takes the time to understand your concerns & explain the professional service you are to receive. Compliments go out to the management team.
