The people at reception were friendly and I didn’t have to wait long for my appointment. The dentist Mr Lim was very efficient in telling me exactly what the treatment was and was very reassuring. All in all a painless experience.

Just want to say a big Thank you to Ryan and the rest of the team for their kind, caring support and amazing job they do, I have been avoiding the dentist in years as had some past traumas throughout my younger years with my teeth. However from booking an appointment and sharing this fear with a friendly receptionist, to Ryan’s soft caring approach and keeping me updated every step of the way, I feel I may have conquered my fears of visiting the dentist. I’m so grateful to all the team and will definitely be making regular visits here in the future.

I had a root canal procedure over two long appointments. The dentist Rebekah Perry was calm, considerate & professional and regularly asked if I was doing ok. She fully explained the procedure before, during & after each treatment. I was super impressed with the care I received at Bupa Durham and very happy with the much better than expected outcome. I am very glad to have Dr Niall Henderson as my dentist. He explained everything clearly and thoroughly, answered all my questions with great patience, and gave me real peace of mind. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to details are greatly appreciated. I feel very assured being under his care.

Had three teeth removed and dentures fitted this morning. Richard and Charlotte are non judgemental and professional throughout. Even the numbing injections didn't hurt. I highly recommend this practice A*

Deeply saddened by my experience today, after having excellent service for years. The receptionists, dentist assistant were as ever lovely professional and caring. The dentist however was in my opinion rather rude and dismissive. I suffered what can only be described as as a lack of care and understanding of my medical needs, blatant disregard for my right to follow a treatment plan that worked for me and a complete lack of understanding on disability discrimination. If a patient states this is not something their body will tolerate and they need a break to reassess how to move forward, this should be respected. Kindness, respect and understanding are the qualities everyone should receive when they are vulnerable. Thank you to the bupa staff that have for years done this, its a shame one person in my opinion let you all down.
