Floss and Smile Dental Practice

Great experience for my first visit! I had Dr Hala who was so lovely to chat to and she was so gentle with my teeth. She explained everything to me with ease and was realistic when it comes to doing a daily routine, which I really appreciated. The receptionists were both very accommodating and lovely to chat to as well 😊

I have been going for over a year now and wanted to share my experience. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and manages to put you in such a calm state, right from the moment you walk inside the doors. No weird medical smell! To top it off, the staff at Floss and Smile are incredible lovely and the genuine care they all have about their clients is so obviously felt. The customer service is unbeatable. As a nervous patient and someone that spent most of my life avoiding and constantly changing dentists, I can now happily and confidently say that Floss and Smile have taken my fear of the dentist away and I know have a new care and motivation to look after my mouths health. The dentists themselves explain it all in a friendly, non-condescending way and are somehow so gentle with all the procedures! I really cannot recommend Floss and Smile enough!

I can’t recommend this practice enough ! My Experience at Floss and Smile was excellent from the very beginning. Chrissy and Zara on reception are lovely and always greet you with a smile and make you feel at ease from the very start. My dentist and his nurse are amazing, I can’t thank them enough for the treatment carried out and for giving me my smile back. Floss and Smile has been the most professional and reassuring dental practice my mum and I have visited. Our dentist, Agnes, is exceptional, she’s a perfectionist and explains everything thoroughly making you feel completely at ease. My mum is over the moon with her new dentures. A genuine 10/10 dentist, and full of charisma as well! The receptionist team are lovely too, Zara is always so welcoming and friendly x

My son is autistic and struggles hugely with anxiety at the dentist. I came to Floss and Smile at a point of desperation after yet another disastrous NHS appointment. I can remember leaving with tears in my eyes I was so incredibly amazed at how wonderful they were with him!! So kind, patient and understanding, they let him take things in his own time, we never felt judged or rushed. Dr Syed in particular has been amazing in building a bond with my son and helping him feel safe. They've truly made the biggest difference to his confidence at the dentist and I'm hopeful this will only continue to grow as he grows up. On top of this, the facilities are beautifully clean and I've always found appointment booking to be easy and flexible. Exactly how dentistry should be - thank you Floss and Smile!

I’ve had such a great experience with Invir and the team at F&S over the last year during my aligner treatment to straighten my teeth. We’ve now finished with teeth whitening and composite bonding, and I’m so happy with the results! Invir has been fantastic throughout the whole process—always reassuring & excellent at explaining each step clearly so I always knew what to expect. The whole team are also incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes every visit a positive experience. I would highly recommend Invir and the practice to anyone considering dental treatment.

Alpa and her team have cared for my teeth ever since coming to the practice in Cow Lane and now in their much larger premises on the Tring Road. All staff are warm and welcoming and the surgery is also a bright, clean and welcoming place. The practice is well named Floss and Smile as the treatment given is gentle and always well explained and at the end, a job well done leaves you with a smile on your face! I would never hesitate to recommend this dental practice.
