Dunstable Dental Practice

I had a terrible fear of dentists but Adam has made me feel comfortable and I no longer get panicked when I need to go for an appointment. The reception staff are always very helpful and understanding. I would recommend this Dental practice to anyone who is nervous. They make you feel at ease and it seems no problem is too much trouble. Well done Dunstable Dental Practice!

We have been with this practice for more than 20 years and cannot fault the care we have all received. The receptionists are delightful and our current dentist friendly and kind. Twice over the years I have had to been seen on emergency and this always has happened within 24h. I highly recommend this practice.

I would like to rate my recent experience with Mr. Adam Mulji and the team with 5 stars—an excellent one. I had an extraction and I'm a very anxious person. Mr. Adam was so patient and explained the steps and the follow-up aftercare to avoid complications. The assistant was wonderful as well. The reception team are always so nice and keen to help. Overall, it's a wonderful team. Thank you for being here for us!"

I have been with this practice for many years and have nothing but good things to say. I have always found the ladies on reception very friendly and all the dentists I have visited very professional, This includes my current dentist Miss Tanna who is the best so far.

Yesterday I had an appointment with the hygienist. She purposely left my upper front & back teeth untouched and uncleaned. In fact, she did not bother to clean a bit of stains on my front teeth. Cleverly, she used whole time cleaning my lower teeth. When I asked about my upper front teeth, she said today I cannot do more than this. Because I need to book one more session. Without my consent and knowledge, she did it partially. She chose to do it in 2 sessions. Because normally hygienist tell the patient that he/she needs to book 2 sessions beforehand or will do it in halves.Unfortunately, nothing like that happened with this hygienist. Now in order to get my front teeth cleaning, I have to book another appointment and pay £75. Which is rediculous!! Intentionally, they are trying to pocket extra money by not providing proper service or treatment. Even she made a mistake and it is clear. Now they said because my lower teeth had build up plague it took her time for deep cleaning. In doing that, she completely left my whole teeth uncleaned and all stained. Rediculous!!

Staff pleasant and Dr Shah kindly fitted me due to my broken tooth .!He gave plenty of anaesthetic so no pain . He took plenty of time in making sure he extracted all my root . Big thank you . This is why I remain with this surgery although I have moved away .
