New Row Dental Practice

This is hands down the best dentist you could go to! I’ve been going to New Row for around 5/6 years now. Despite the long waiting times (which they cannot help!), I’ve have always received the BEST treatment and support from my dentist. Demetrius has been the best dentist I have ever had in my life. When I first went to the dentist, I was an anxious mess. Tears for a check up, you name it! He put me at ease in every single appointment which has now made me not so anxious to go. I never thought I would ever get to that stage! I’ve had ongoing work for three years on the same tooth, root canal, filling, and now a crown. It’s been a rollercoaster, but every single step of the way, Demetrius reassured me, calmed me down, and encouraged me that everything was going to be okay. Now, I couldn’t be happier! I’ve got my tooth back, I feel like me again!!! If you are somebody who needs breaks, reassurance throughout appointments and a calm yet practical approach, Demetrius is your man. I couldn’t ask for a more human, yet professional dentist! Thank you so much for bringing my smile back 🫶

Excellent service every time I go for an appointment. I have a genuine fear of the dentist but have always felt reassured at any treatment I have had. Staff are friendly and Dentists are amazing 🙂

Very welcoming reception and staff. Newly registered and got an appointment very quickly. Dentist who treated me was very pleasant and professional and got urgent work completed within 10 days and two visits.

Great service, very professional practice. Staff is very friendly and always happy to help. Our all family attending this clinic for last couple years and we always experienced great customer service and professionalism.

I really can't praise the team here highly enough. Everytime i go, they make you feel welcome from entering to leaving your appointment, no matter how busy they are, which seems all the time for these troopers. Text & emails are sent leading upto appointments, so you can't really forget which is an added bonus. Personally, thank you for all you've done & continue to do for myself.
