Canmore Dental Practice

The dentist I seen today for an emergency appointment was so nice and professional and very considerate. Really pleasant experience, would recommend this dental practice highly.

Really hard to get through on the phone, when you get through it's like you've bothered someone who answers by just saying hello and rude. I was told on a Friday to call back Monday even though I said I'm in pain from treatment I got at the practice.

Trying for 3 days to get through on the phone at various hours without success. The reception girls just sit there while the phone rings and chat between themselves. Pulled up outside and called while watching, sitting there laughing and gabbing. I should not have had to go this far to test it out. Hopefully this reaches the owner so reception can be attended to properly. Worse than trying to get a GP appointment. I’m so glad I decided not to now pay privately for this dentist.

Arrived at my daughter's appointment after travelling 49 minutes to get there to be told it was cancelled but they had no number to o contact me. However they were the ones to phone me to say she could get an appointment and took our details over the phone, I also had completed the online details to get added to waiting list to get registered so don't know how they can say they had no way of contacting us. Was a waste of nearly 2 hours.

Excellent practice that go above and beyond for patients.

Be careful when paying for your treatment as my husband got treatment in July and paid as usual when leaving, 6 months later he received a letter for an outstanding balance as they said the dentist left out 1 filling, because of the Practice Manager's attitude my husband was annoyed and said he wasn't paying so they passed it on to a debt agency for £15.44, they said despite numerous reminders we hadn't paid our outstanding balance which was a lie as it was 1 letter 6 months later, I handed a cheque in today and they said they can't accept it as I need to pay the debt collection agency which we have never had in our lives, the Practice Manager needs some serious Customer Service.!!!! Such a shame as the dentists are lovely and helpful especially if you have a fear of dentists.
