First class dentist all staff are super friendly. Big shout out to Gill ,Claire and Murray as you guys made me feel at ease when I first came to you last year. I was such a nervous wreck and had a panic attack but you guys were so kind and comforting and made me feel so at ease. Now I am a completely different person going to the dentist and I feel much more relaxed knowing I am in such good hands 😊😊

Our (my wife's, mine and our children; patients for 24 years) personal experience with this dental practice is great. We find their work to be of high quality and durability. In cases when more complicated issues needed to be resolved, they made the best possible decisions. Based on our first hand experience, we recommend them without any hesitations.

For West End Dental Practice Dundee. 'Have always had excellent treatment at this surgery and for this course of treatment I have had as surgeon, Murray Herd. Have ultimately had 3 teeth removed and new dentures inserted over the course of 4 appointments. Always afraid of dental procedures, I have been amazed at my painless experience from this practice. I genuinely felt nothing more than a couple of minor "pin pricks" for the anaesthetic and there was no discomfort and definitely no pain. All staff at this practice are not only highly professional but patient and kind.

To be honest I've persisted for many years with going to this dentist because it provides treatment on the NHS (we all know how difficult it is to get an NHS dentist these days!) but after today's visit where I was charged £90 for Dr Leigh Squires to repaste in my front, lower crown for the umpteenth time, I decided to voice my displeasure at this cost loudly with the unsmiling, unpleasant receptionist. If you charge private prices, you might need to look at how you treat your clients. I'm sure you'll be glad to know I won't be back, if I have to pay private prices I'll go to a dentist that treats people nicely and with a bit of compassion.

In my 70s, I was told to wait outside the door for my appointment because I did not have a mask. I asked the receptionist if she had one to give me, but was told no. 15 minutes after my appointment time, and increasingly outraged at this appalling treatment I told the receptionist that I would wait no longer at the door. This situation was totally unacceptable.

Just had a filling and my dentist gave me my jag by stealth. Didn’t feel a thing. Great relaxed atmosphere and everyone super friendly. Hate going to the dentist. This was painless in every way
