Would give zero stars if possible. Was referred here for my son by my dentist and got an appointment quickly, they examined him and told me that he wouldn't be eligible for NHS and quoted me a few thousand pounds. I was then asked to pay a deposit to secure his place. I called back a few weeks later after saying to my dentist that he wasn't eligible, they were amazed and said it may be worth asking for a review. They gave me a review appointment and said the same script and that my dentist knows nothing because they haven't done the extra years at uni. They confirmed there would be no chance of acceptance and then again asked me to send over a deposit, with follow up requests made via WhatsApp. Following this we self referred our son to another orthodontist a bit further away in Dumfries and Galloway, they assessed my son and were positive he would be accepted as his teeth crowding was moderate to severe. 5 weeks later I had a call to say he was accepted and the braces are now fitted. Please be very wary of these people and if they say no, seek a second opinion, because clearly the extra years at uni this chap has completed doesn't mean anything at all.
My daughter had braces fitted by Rachel Hendry and her care was impeccable, and the results amazing, so pleased this was all done before Rachel sold the business last year.
Braces off yesterday after 3 years. I cannot believe the difference so pleased😁. Rachel and her team are absolute professionals.

Just had my 1st appointment here, everyone was so nice and kind. Still able to get me in even though I arrived 40 minutes late.
