Absolute angels. The full team are so welcoming and patient and saw me for an emergency appointment twice!! Alison talked me through my options and made me feel at ease. Felt no pain at all during procedure and she and the reception team were wonderful with aftercare too! Great dentist. Grateful for all of you thank you again!! 🫶🏻

At the practice today for a replacement filling. Dentist Alison was very professional and explained what she would do and because it was a deep filing also gave me advice on what would happen next if I still had issues with it as it was close to the nerve. Amy was also fantastic and was very happy with her assisting Alison. She done a great job with the mouth hoover. No choking here. Great job ladies and a great team. Thanks. X

I’m quite disappointed with my experience at this dental practice. For a long time, I kept mentioning pain and discomfort in certain teeth, but I was repeatedly told that everything was fine and not to worry. I also raised concerns about possible decay on a few occasions, but it didn’t feel like it was properly looked into at the time. I am now in the middle of treatment, having recently started root canal work, along with needing fillings and crowns. This has been both financially and emotionally difficult, and I can’t help feeling that things may have been caught earlier if my concerns had been taken more seriously. I also tried to cancel my last appointment on the morning of the visit around 9am, but no one answered the phone even after I waited for several minutes on the line. Despite this, I later received a warning letter about a missed appointment. I later sought a second opinion elsewhere, where further treatment needs were identified. At this point, I no longer feel confident continuing with this practice.

I've had to have a few appointments recently due to other medical issues. The team have been friendly, helpful, informative and helped me relax when I was feeling anxious about the treatment. I highly recommend them.

My daughter was booked in to get some teeth removed to make some space prior to getting a brace fitted. Having never had any real dental procedures carried out before, she was incredibly nervous. I was worried that she would be unable to go through with the procedure, however Patrick was absolutely lovely with her, showing real patience and talked us through the procedure step by step. Despite her fear she managed to get the first step of the work complete and look forward to returning to the practice to get it all finished over the coming weeks. Highly recommend.

Excellent service at Levengrove dental, I’m always happy with my check ups and treatments but especially delighted with my results from Invisalign. Rebecca & Amy have been so supportive, accommodating and professional throughout the whole experience, I highly recommend.
