Bhandal Dental Surgery

First visit to this Practice in Gornal. Phoned Monday morning with a broken tooth, appointment Monday afternoon, tooth repaired Wednesday morning. Fantastic service by the team, painless, attention to detail, and skillfully undertaken. So pleased we the service and highly recommend.

This has to be the worst dental practice. I’ve had 3 different appointments over a 3 month period cancelled because the dentist had called in sick. I’d most definitely not waste your time unless you want to be disappointed. The receptionist wasn’t helpful either despite wanting a reason as to why it had been cancelled so many times. I ended up signing up to a new dentist which was more reliable.

This is a terrible dental practice, do not use them. The staff are friendly enough, but the Spanish lady dentist needs to go back to school. I had a filling done, which came out within a month and I had to go back a further 4 times for it to be re-done. It's come out again and now I'm going elsewhere for it to be fixed properly. I could just be unlucky with this experience, but 5 times for the same filling?! It's not like I have a penchant for toffee either, just normal eating!

I'm very shocked at the reviews from other people iv been recently and they look after you any questions ask don't hold back. The staff will make you feel very comfortable while they carry out the works also if you need a filling which eventually ends up playing later down the line just tell them to extract it. Sometimes its quicker to but you are left without a tooth 🤣 but no seriously this place is brilliant.

DO NOT GO HERE! thought I'd give a branch of the Bhandals a go , wish I'd listened to all the comments. Not even the dentists themselves are staying here now, the two lovely Greek ladies have left! I've been this week only to be told come back in October for a filling!!! Couldn't even do a proper check up . Rushed appointment only took 3 min if that, after waiting nearly 45 min past my apt time. Shame really as the dental nurse assistant/ receptionist are lovely, shame about the practice itself 🙄.

Joke of a dentist, they only have one dentist who works one or two days a week. All the appointments are severely rushed too. I went in for a small filling and came out with half the filling done and the other half of the tooth still exposed which causes extreme sensitivity and it keeps cutting my tongue because it's Sharp. I'm now in more pain then I started with and they don't seem to care. All they want is me to pay more money to fix the poor job done by the dentist. Will be logging a complaint.
