Contradictory advice given and appointment text alerts are not "reliable". This cost my Wife her £20 deposit, paid 6 months in advance, to see a hygienist. These appointments for which you pay In total £50 for a 30 minute session only actually last, in my experience, 15 minutes at most. Real cost therefore £200 per hour. My last appointment was also cancelled the same morning, but at least I got a phone call.
