Darcie was incredible. Very professional/knowledgeable but also made me feel at ease right away and during the entire check-up, she kept me informed of everything she was doing and discussed various options for treatments. Overall a positive benefit to your dental practice.

Elizabeth always does an excellent job with my teeth during my hygiene appointments. She is friendly, attentive and always makes sure i am comfortable during the procedure. Thank you Elizabeth you’re the best.

I have gone to genics conisborough for many years now and have always found the receptionists to be very polite friendly and helpful. The dentists are the finest I have ever met, I have gone private as well as an NHS patient at this practice, you are in such professional hands you feel so relaxed. Been to see Alan the hygienist today, all I can say is fabulous, I usually get numbed for a clean. But with Alan there was no need. Alan and his lovely nurse Cristina really put me at ease. The lovely ladies on reception were just their usual friendly self's Jess and Bev. The staff here are amazing, would highly recommend. Always friendly, kind and a smile.

Very happy with the service provided, from the moment I got through the main door to go to reception I was greeted with a smile and asked to sign in using there tablets provided, when it was my turn to go in Edward the dentist was very welcoming and asked me all the relevant questions needed as I’ve not been in a dentist for around 12years, once the question part was complete they did an X-ray of my teeth and then did a full on health check, Edward then explained what was wrong with my teeth and what treatment I would be needing which was a full deep clean to removed all the buildup that has accured over the 12 years and that I will need 1 filling. I’m really happy to finally be in a dentist again after spending so long in finding one that will take on new patients on the NHS. I would truely recommend this dentist

Excellent service as always , Marzena is very good and is always so pleasant, courteous, and very professional. My husband and I are always booked in together due to me being profoundly deaf. Cannot praise the whole team enough. Would highly recommend this practice. 5 stars plus every time. Thanks x

I attended this practice for an emergency appointment and I had to have a bad tooth removed. The lady was lovely and kind and didnt judge me which I have always struggled with with when I have attended local practices. Jess and Bev and the lady dentist have really been kind towards me and its massively appreciated. I am very lucky to have found this practice through a family members recommendation and I am very grateful for their help.
