Busby House Dental Centre

Recently moved to the area so not registered with a dentist yet! But I rang busby house to see if I can have an emergency appointment got one for the same day! Being 26w pregnant my teeth have hurt so I thought they would just give me antibiotics and send me on my way but the dentist acc just took my teeth out (they needed to come out) done very professionally he was lovely kept making sure I was ok all the way threw! Had this done yesterday by today hardly any pain and no swelling not even taken pain meds! Thank you!

I rang for an emergency appointment and was delighted ( and surprised) to get one within a few hours. I am not an easy patient - I suffer from anxiety, especially in a medical setting ;I have not had to have a tooth extracted for 53 years, and I also had to leave my disabled husband on his own. Therefore I was impressed with the cheerful, calm and very efficient way everything was handled. The procedure was painless and very clear instructions ( and a leaflet) were given about after care. I am lucky enough to be an NHS patient. Well done, everyone. JMC

Good value for money. Waiting times small. Attended to my needs as required. Plenty of seats and staff are friendly. Very close to the town Centre for convenience. Both nhs and private options are available. More information can be found on there website. Recommended service

24/03/25 They rarely answer the phone, no matter how many times you call, it never gets picked up. 2024 I wish I could give better review. But past experience, I found some of the staff are not very polite. When booking appointments, they are not very flexible (they are in the mood, you take it or not, we don’t care) Also, kids have to take time off from school for NHS treatment, according to them NHS treatment not available during non-school time, this is not fair. NHS appoinments are hard to find, like gold dust. Also appointment got canceled couple of times due staff shortage, which does not help us. Appointment delayed by 8 months.

I always have a great experience with my dentist Rachael , she is the best Dentist , you don’t feel any pain when having a filling, she is so gentle and I feel so well looked after and so much in good hands . I am very thankful to have one of the best dentist in the whole world. ❤️❤️❤️

I called this morning having had issues with filling out the new patients forms online. I have a large family that I wanted to register, I called and managed to speak to a nurse, Ellie was extremely helpful, helped me to fill the forms over the phone and book us all in for appointments, I'm extremely happy with the service and we look forward to joining this practice.

She may be young, but she is incredibly professional, skilled, and one of the best dentists I’ve ever had.
