We arrived ahead of our appointment time to then have to wait 30+ minutes to be seen by the dentist, the dentist once we saw him was very apologetic and was considerate to our needs. However, the reception staff were not apologetic in any way and the dental nurse didn’t even have the decency to turn and say hello when we entered the room…in fact she stood with her back to us throughout the entire appointment. Given that we paid £107 each for a check up we would expect a better service from the support staff and a gesture of good will by taking a fiver off of each appointment! We left feeling like we had been fleeced and had received a very poor service from the support staff.

Thanks so much to Nick and the team today. I needed an urgent appointment and was treated so kindly by the young lady who answered the phone. I was able to see Nick quickly and received excellent treatment. Best of all they were so reassuring and incredibly professional. Can’t recommend them enough. Brilliant!

I've been with LSDental for the last c.20 years and have always had fantastic service with a super professional feel. The team behind the desk have still been able to keep upbeat and incredibly helpful even throughout covid; helping with everything from rearranging appointments to advising on the new processes required to remain 'safe.' Although I travel all over the country with work, I have no intention of moving from this great team!

A huge thanks to Nick and the team at Long Street Dental, the staff are incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. I had an urgent issue with my teeth this afternoon and although they were busy they found the time to fit me in - within an hour of calling my tooth was fixed and I was smiling again! What a service, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

I had a root canal done in 2019 and have had to send a lot of money to have it redone. The roots were left dirty resulting in infection and only 3 out of the 4 roots were done, leaving the 4th to cause further issues. I have since tried to contact the practice, but their email address on the website does not work. I spent a lot of money for this and have had to re-spend the money again plus more to fix their poor work. I do not recommend. The least they can do is have a working email to allow dialogue. Finally I made contact and have received a refund. However, this has still resulted in pain and cost to have it fixed.
