I’ve had such a great experience starting my Invisalign journey here. Jenny has been absolutely fantastic — so gentle and reassuring, and she explained everything clearly from the scans to the different treatment plans and which option would suit me best. I never felt rushed and always felt fully informed about each step of the process. Her dental nurse was lovely as well, as well as the receptionist, all so friendly and welcoming, which really helped put me at ease. I genuinely feel like I’m in very safe hands and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Invisalign Platinum practice to anyone considering aligners. From the moment I walked through the door to begin my teeth-straightening journey, I felt completely at ease. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and everything was explained thoroughly during my initial consultation with Lorna. I had a 12 aligner Invisalign treatment, which was extended FOC with another 12 aligner refinement. After this I had contouring and whitener I could use in the Vivara retainers. I was exceptionally well cared for with attention to my priorities and regular visits with enough time for everything needed each visit, but more than all of this... The design that Charlotte did at the start and minimal change in contouring were out-of-this world. Like I'd been born with a better set of teeth which had been meticulously cared for all of my life. I really enjoy looking after my teeth now. Thank you all, so much 😀

I was referred here as my own dentist was unable to do the procedure. They were friendly & helpful, it was a one off appointment but the treatment was fully explained and well carried out. Etwall are lucky to have this facility in the village.

I have recently completed my orthodontics treatment with Etwall Dental and they have been excellent from start to finish. I am extremely happy with the end results, having to have teeth removed, Damon braces top and bottom and active aligners to make minimal movements to ensure I got almost perfect straightness on a very awkward set of bottom teeth! I was treated so well by all members of staff at Etwall dental, from the receptionists to Dr Patel and everyone I met in between. I couldn't recommend the dental practice more. Thank you very much for all your support over the last year.

I wouldn't recommend treatment with this practice. After stating I didnt want part of the treatment Mr Safdar went ahead against my wishes without informing he was. From this I was in considerable pain and distress which he has refused to admit error. I have no choice but to take this further due to his lack of attention to detail and he's proven not to be trustworthy. I wouldnt feel safe to revisit this surgery or have any treatment by Mr Safdar.

I needed a broken tooth removed and had a referral appointment with Dr Digant Soni. I arrived early and was greeted by reception, who was very helpful and also dealt with a question I had. Dr Soni soon got to work and soon had that tooth out. No pain no fuss! I didn't even realise he'd finished! He's clearly very good at his job. The dental nurse assisting him was excellent. Lots of reassurance during the procedure and clear instructions on aftercare. Being of an age that grew up thru 70's dentistry and hated it, I'm really grateful dentistry is a lot better now and I wouldn't hesitate to use Etwall dentist again. A big " thank you!" to all the staff who helped & cared for me today.
