Victoria Road Dental Care

Excellent dental practice, we travel 40 minutes to come here as it's so good. All the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and our dentist, Victoria, is exceptional. She is extremely knowledgeable; the care she gives is first rate; she explains everything very clearly and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed in her hands. I would highly recommend!

The physical environment of the practice has improved very slowly in recent years. However, accessibility for anyone with reduced mobility is still inadequate. The path to the door is in poor condition so has many trip hazards and the new handrails by the entrance steps are badly designed and far from secure; they suggest a cheapskate attitude. In addition the toilet needs a complete refit. A good architect would provide a proper plan to address these issues.

It’s always a good experience when you see Victoria in her Consulting Room at Victoria Road Dental Care. Victoria is a calm reassuring dentist who puts you at ease from the moment she greets you in the Waiting Room. This by the way needs a lot of TLC but don’t be put of because Victoria’s consulting room is a pleasant peaceful light airy room and has a very relaxing atmosphere. You’re sure to have the best experience you can at a dentists here

I've been a patient for a good few years now. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Treatments are explained, relevant and affordable. I've experienced other dental practices that are pushy and tell you, you MUST have expensive treatments. This doesn't happen here, everything is your choice and decision. The advice is great and I feel informed and supported to make the choice I need to based on all factors. I would not look to go anywhere else and am 100% happy to recommend my dentist, Victoria.

The team at this practice are very nice and friendly. They are always willing to chat and give good advice on dental care. I am very happy with their service. I go for regular check ups and hygienist appointments to keep my teeth in good order.

I would definitely recommend this practice especially for any slightly nervous patients the whole team are amazing would recommend Victoria and Leanne great team. I had the new teeth jet wash and the results were well worth the £25 extra charge. Thank you

I've been a patient at this dentist since I was a child, and have always been very pleased with the service. Victoria is the epitome of a professional whilst still having a great sense of humour and engaging in small talk to put you at ease. I always feel she does an extremely thorough but quick job and that I'm in good hands. The supporting staff and receptionists are always friendly and helpful too, and they always have been in the 20 plus years I've been there. I'd always recommend.
