The receptionist was lovely and friendly and welcoming. Dr Aun made my usually nervous 8 year old feel comfortable with friendly chatting as did Nurse Tiuegita. It was a routine appointment but they completely dispelled any nerves. Great team work and very much appreciated by a mum. Many thanks both! Mini
Took my fourteen year old daughter for a tooth extraction. We were extremely anxious as she has a needle phobia however Dr Aun and nurse Jurgita made the whole experience extremely comforting and reassuring. Would highly recommend Their Services. My daughter came out smiling. As usual, the receptionist it’s welcoming and always smiling Thank you
That was the best of the best dental care I have ever recieved. Both the doctor and the nurse (Dr Aun, Nurse Tiuegita) in charge of removing one of my back molars were absolutely amazing and the process was speedy and painless and their morale was great too.
Just had a deep clean from madiha and a assistant, haven’t been to a dentist in about 20 years my whole adult life due to anxiety of these places ,but there was nothing to worry about , very happy and impressed with cleaning provided today the plaque removal I’m really really impressed thank u madiha and her assistant . and Julie at the desk who took my bookings thank you. Teeth feel brand new. Madiha was gentle and careful no pain but firm enough to get the plaque an tar build up removed and I’m very very happy and impressed with as I said , thank you thank you thank you
The team are amazing when my kids come for their routine visits. They are all so friendly. My eldest has just had 4 teeths taken out for braces and honestly everything was done professionally and efficiently. The dentist is amazing and love talking to Julie, she is the funniest and lovely person to talk to.
Unlike a lot of dental and gp receptionists , the receptionists here is one of the nicest and most helpful ladies I’ve had the pleasure of talking to . She’s always super helpful and lovely ! My dentist is also super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and safe ! Great work ladies !
Ok experience, the receptionist is fantastic but it felt like the dentist was more interested in selling me additional services and didn't even give me appropriate after care information.
