Dagenham Dental

I have been attending the Dagenham Dental practice for 10 years. I have always found the service to be incredibly professional and efficient. My dentist Dr Gulamhussein has also treated my children, he is extremely knowledgeable of his profession and always informative. The hygenist Kerry Curness always puts you at ease and treats you with great care, she also goes into great detail as to what procedure will be taking place. The receptionist Anna is the front of house of the business and the first person you see, she is bright, cheerful and again, extremely professional. Always made to feel welcome, the practice itself is spotlessly clean. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dagenham Dental Practice.

I've found this practice to be super unreliable, my last 5 appointments with them have been either met with extremely last minute reschedules (hours before) or last minute cancellations (a day before) with the last appointment cancelled by text without an attempt to call. All these appointments have been booked either 6 or 12 months in advance. EDIT: Owner has replied insinuating I'm not a client at the practice. I have updated this review with a screenshot of some texts from Dagenham Dental on their cancellations and reschedules. Numbers have been made hidden for privacy. I find this insinuation to be poor. To be clear, these are not all the texts, and at times, I was called instead

There is hardly any parking at this place. I arrived early but couldn’t find a space. As a result, they cancelled my appointment and made me rebook, causing me to lose my £20 deposit and was told by the receptionist i had to redeposit. While I was at the clinic, another patient mentioned she had also arrived late but was still seen, which might explain why there was no parking available in the first place.

What to say... Health and safety would shut this place down. Complete fire risk. Too many people waiting and patients bags get left on the stairs. Probably only interested in the money they make. Extracted a tooth but left half the root behind. Nothing ever gets sorted in one visit. Never gets done half hour of appointment time. but the have the cheek to moan when people are 10 mins late.

Absolutely amazing, got my tooth extracted this week and I must say the dentist was fast and left me with no pain at all , very surprised!! All till now I feel fantastic with no major pain . My Pain scale right now is a 2.5 barely to nothing 😂 overall I wish I could give more stars for this dental practice, very clean ,polite staff and most of all dentist who know what there doing ✨ I will surely continue to come here in the future .
