Cwmbran Dental Spa

Want to share recent experience of visiting Cwmbran dental spa for an apt with the hygienist. Being very anxious due to suffering from trigeminal neuralgia, it was not an apt that i was looking forward to, and was extremely nervous. I had a very positive experience, the hygienist had researched thr condition and prepared before hand. We discussed the best way to carry out the procedure, shown the tools used and carried out a very targeted and comprehensive hygiene session, pain free. I was very impressed with the knowledge and skill demonstrated and the communication between hygienist and patient was, superb. I strongly recommend this practice

Awful practice , completed dental work that failed 2 months later and then advised none of the work carried out is covered by any warranty/guarantee! due to the practice ending NHS contracts, had I known the work carried out wasnt covered i would not have accepted it..Avoid at all costs, phone call received after posting review , arguing that i take it down! Extremely unproffesional . Only gave 1 star as Dr Hannah is fantastic , the rest speaks for itself

I had 3 extractions, sharlene was very kind and patient with me almost having a breakdown over 3 front side teeth being removed. The denture was made before the extractions so it would be ready on the day. It's amazingly true to my own teeth and even gave me a fang, which I asked for separately. I did have trouble taking it out for the first time, which caused my wound to bleed again, so I will be leaving it out until I have healed. I am so grateful and look forward to my next appointment

I would recommend this dental practice to anyone! The building is bright, airy and very clean. I had a rather difficult, (so I thought), extraction of a rear molar, the lovely Dentist got a good grip on her "pliers" and very gently removed the enormous and painful lump! I am totally pain-free, I can drink hot/cold drinks again... I am a very happy bunny! So, a verbal floral tribute to that particular dentist and the staff in general! 💐🌹🏵️🪷💮🌸💐

The dental nurse and her assistant were superb they fixed my chip to my tooth in a very short time and I didn't feel any discomfort or pain they were very warm and welcoming to me and made me feel at ease which I very much appreciate as I've always been a bit nervous of going to the dentist. I can't recommend enough very professional and thorough I'm definitely going back. I feel like apologising for not knowing the name of lady who fixed my tooth but she was truly amazing at her job so thank you so much ✌️

Today was my first experience with Cwmbran dental spa and I’ve got to say it’s the best dentist I’ve ever visited. The receptionist Clare was so lovely and welcoming, she went above and beyond to help get my son an appointment. Clare was so warm and welcoming. My son is autistic which makes it hard for him to relax during dentist visits. He was super nervous but the dentist Hannah and her dental assistant made him feel so comfortable and at ease straight away which made the experience stress free. Best dentist experience I’ve ever had! Would highly recommend Cwmbran dental spa.

Had an emergency appointment today and have got to say how fast and efficient all the staff where at Cwmbran Dental Spa!! My first point of contact was the lovely receptionist who called me at 10.15 and promptly arranged an appointment for me for 11! Very fast! She also fully explained the forms I needed to complete before arriving. I got there and was only sat in the waiting room for a few moments before being called to see the dentist. Who also was very nice and friendly and the dental nurse! I had to have tooth extraction and the dentist was amazing. Making sure I was comfortable and was in and out within minutes. Thanks.
