Cupar Dental and Implant Centre

Constantly had my appointments cancelled and told that they would call to rearrange. Never did. When I called them I had to wait several months to then repeat the process again. While the staff are lovely, the way they handle appointments is not good. Moved dentist and was seen in two weeks. Follow-up scale and polish was 3 weeks.

This dentist is the worse one I ever had the misfortune to attend. They have three times cancelled my appointments one week before I was scheduled to attend after waiting for months for the appointment. While in the chair the time is far from productive and then charge and reschedule. If you’re thinking of registering with them don’t as your only on this planet once and you will waste your time in the waiting area.

Would rate them NO stars if I could. Was the biggest mistake leaving a brilliant dentist to be registered at this practice when we moved house. They don’t answer the phone. Don’t return phone calls. Say they’ve made a referral but haven’t. In the few years that I have been here it has been a different dentist every time I attended. Terrible terrible service. You have been warned. Disgraceful

Whilst I have no real complaints, the reception could be a bit more welcoming. It is also unclear about opening hours etc which seem very restricted. No complaints at all about dentistry work. This is very good.

Absolutely awful treatment at this dentist - do not go there! My boyfriend has been trying to get treatment for 2 years - yes 2 ! For a broken front tooth - they do not do normal treatment appointments as per any other dentists so not the normal 2 or 3 appts booking a row for a crown - "no we don’t book like that " so he has had root treatment but horrid infection which dentist could not look at cos she off sick again - AGAIN ….emergency team got him on double antibiotics because it’s that bad . Yes not waiting till Feb for mould for crown and then another 4ths to get actual crown - awful

Everyone at The Cupar Dentist,from the receptionist to the nurse and the dentist, are so friendly and welcoming. The dentist explained every bit of my treatment,was patient and completed the most fantastic job of fitting me with my new crown. I can't thank them enough for the work they did. Fantastic😃

Visited yesterday for fillings and a scale & polish. Dr McMenamin always makes me feel relaxed and explains everything fully. After usually having a fear of going to the dentist, I now feel it is a totally relaxing experience. Thanks to Cupar Dentist!
