Central Dental Care

I have been attending Centre Dental Care for decades and have never had any issues. Douglas Thain and Clare Gallagher have taken great care of my oral hygiene despite having major issues at the start with peritdonitis. However, Clare has now left tye practice and tye person who took my appointment this time has not deep cleaned the large pocket in my gum and I am now experiencing great discomfort with it. May need to change hygienist

It’s wonderful to recognise that amidst the current shortage of dentists, we have Lorna She truly shines as a beacon of hope, always available when we need her. Her dedication and hard work are truly commendable, and I can’t sing her praises enough! Lorna is not only kind and caring but also incredibly skilled at what she does. We’re so lucky to have her in Cumbernauld.

I'm not one for giving dentist reviews. But I was quite impressed today with my tooth extraction carried out by Lorna at the practice. The practice was very busy and Sharon informed me there is a wait time. Though I spent a while there but Lorna managed her time wisely and she was totally amazing at how she saw her patients and slot them in like a jigsaw puzzle. Anyway. When she suggested extraction due to the toothache I was having, I was a bit worried due to last time I had one which took a long time. But kudos to Lorna my tooth was extracted in less than a min and that's impressive and relieving. Thanks Lorna and hope you get a rest bite soon. 👏👏👏👏👏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Also thanks Sharon for getting me an appointment 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

1 want to lodge a complaint against your dental.practice that almost thee years and treatment not finished he got a set of dentures that the female dentist how ever when trying to put them in another of his teeth broke then one of the dentures broke we came back from holiday contacted you office to secure another appointment ASAP for weeks later he secured an appointment and was told they were only temp. Dentures no he wasn't to. Now since then he has numerous appointments he had one two weeks a go another mould was top and bottom. He had an appointment this morning 12 30 he was taken1pm to have the same moulds he got took two weeks ago didn't look at his. Fillings that all fell.out why take to of the same

My mum had her appointment at 10.40 and they called at 10.25 to tell us the appointment had to be cancelled due to the dentist being busy. My dad had to close up shop and travel from Edinburgh just to take her there and find out they cancelled it. They said " we tried calling you to let you know". Next time call 24 hours before hand! My mum waited 3 months for this appointment only to be cancelled and the next one is in 2 months. What a joke!

Absolutely shocking and blatantly incompetent and Greg is very inconsistent and very incompetent

By far the least professional place I've dealt with! I've tried to register both of my kids to be told they will only register them and give an appointment if they attend during my husband's appointment (he's registered there) when I asked for a separate visit just for them I was told they won't do that as they won't prepare a chair for a child! Lack of professionalism from a place where I was expecting my children to go for years to come. Took them elsewhere and advise anyone against registering with them.
