Bywood Dental Practice

I have never had any problems at this Dental Practice. I attend every six months and all the staff are friendly and helpful. I have been coming here for more than 20years.

Always brilliant service, have been going here since Primary school. I have never seen any disappointment and always willing to help offering appointments as well in emergency situations. It would be wrong for me to move anywhere on London and change my dentist. Thank You to all staff you are great, and professional in what you are doing!

The worst dental practice I have come across, I would pick 0 stars if there were an option. I paid for a private work, the dentist is moody and not very knowledgeable so is the receptionist who apparently is the owner, he’s very rude to women, he lies to cover the dentists mistakes, he has shouted at me on a several occasions and they use the cheapest materials. After a few months the work done by this dentist started to show up , I paid £500 to cover a silver tooth with white filling , now the feeling is wearing off leaving the silver filling exposed , the quality of their work is shocking. Now they’re refusing to amend the error telling me that they never did the work, that somebody else did, luckily I have the paperwork as a proof. Definitely I’m taking this practice to court as people like this should NOT be working around people. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!!

If no stars was an option that’s what I would pick! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! The duty of care is a complete joke! The owner who is also the receptionist is just vial and has no customer service skills at all! He lies, just spouts out rubbish and never sticks to what he says. I’ve researched the company and as far as I can see the private dentist is no registered on companies house. I rang the dentist multiple times to sort out the issues I have had and he has been completely unprofessional and rude! Someone like this should not work around people! Again avoid at all cost!!

Avoid this place! Dental service is absolutely awful; appointments are not organised and the dental work is not that great. I was told I had missed an appointment that I didn’t received so I couldn’t have my treatment of a cap (they left the tooth grounded down for over 3months) so I could only have a check up! The previous work always occurred later problems my opinion they try to make extra money out of people.

If I could give 0 stars I would, they are mean and impatient. They do not make you feel comfortable and have no sense of urgency when you’re in a lot of pain. Seems like they are making money by calling you in for multiple consultations just to then tell you they don’t have any availability. This place is the worst!
