I’d highly recommend Diane as a hygienist. She always makes me feel completely comfortable and at ease, and she takes the time to clearly explain what she’s doing throughout the appointment. She’s extremely gentle, gives really helpful advice, and I genuinely never feel worried or anxious when I’m in her care. This is coming from someone who used to be scared to go to the dentist, let alone a hygienist, and now I actually feel happy and confident to attend my appointments. Diane & the whole team is brilliant.

I had an appointment with Kitty this morning. She is my dentist who I see. Every time I see her she is very pleasant, explains everything she is going to do and asks me if I'm happy to proceed with what she has explained. Both Kitty and her dental nurse have excellent chair side manners, always asking if I'm ok. It has become an enjoyable experience to visit the dentist these days. Excellent staff and services, friendly, supportive and respectful. I’ve started my Invisalign journey with Dr Bella.W and her dental nurse Zara.N, they’ve been beyond exceptional and displayed their work to the highest standards. Do recommend if you want a great experience and high professionalism with a touch of hospitality!

Fab first appointment at Crabtree, saw Bella Wong and Mel, who both made the experience great for my little toddler too. He kept his sticker on all day! Bella was knowledgeable and friendly, just a lovely dentist really. Very friendly staff throughout the practice. We were seen in an upstairs surgery but luckily didn't have the pram with us so no issues there.

Always a great experience there, had a hygienist appointment yesterday and Diane and the trainee working with her (forgotten her name sorry!) were amazing. I’ve never had a hygienist appointment before and it was very informative and my teeth feel so clean and look fab! Highly recommend!

Fantastic hygienist (Diane) and Fabulous Dentist (Kellie), always great advice and great service, fantastic at supporting you, if like me you have very sensitive teeth, they are gentle, and make you feel comfortable, and extremely friendly staff. 1000% I would recommend Crabtree Road Dental Practice and I have been a patient here for over 30 years.
