North Street Dental Care

The dentist has always been a massive fear of mine, so much that i couldnt bear to go, went in as i was having pain. I seen dipesh and the lovely assistant Hannah, they both made my visit as comfortable as possible, i had a tooth removed and i can honestly say that iv never been as happy to leave a dentist with a tooth out, was told i could be sore for up to a week after, iv had very little pain after, wouldnt mind seeing these two again as overall they carried out such a high standard of care whilst taking my fears into consideration. Great work guys, thank you for making me feel as comfortable as i did. From a very nervous patient, its appreciated very much 🙂

Moved to this practice and have to say more than impressed. Dr Dipesh Siani was excellent at his job and so friendly made you feel at ease. Hanna assisting him also very good at her job and so friendly. The staff throughout the practice were lovely felt I had to write this review 👍

First time attending this dental practice and I can’t recommend it enough. For someone with a life long fear of dentist; my experience was so positive. Zainab (dentist) and Susan (dental nurse) were incredibly kind, compassionate and professional. The reception staff were also very helpful and friendly. A 40 year fear of the dentist is lessened by my experience today. My 7 year old child also found the experience "fun" I have already recommended this dental practice to family and friends. Thank you again for everything.

I rang this clinic August 2022 to request an appointment to fix a broken tooth. After a 6 month wait for the appointment I was told by the dentist that they could not do the filling that day and I would have to make another appointment. I did this and had to wait another 9 months. When I came in today over 1 year after my first call to get the filling I was told again that they could not do it today and I would have to book another appointment. When I complained about a practice where patients were required to attend 3 appointments over 1.5 years to get a filling they told me they were cancelling my next appointment and I would have to go to another dentist. It's clear they operate in this way to maximise the amount of money they can claim from HSCNI for a single procedure and do not care about the impact or inconvenience on their patients.

Glad I chose here as my new dentist, I'm very nervous about visiting the dentist but David made me feel as ease and my check up and treatment was all finished within a week due to a few cancellations mind u, but I'm very happy with the service and wont be so nervous coming back again.

While "Going to the Dentist" is NO ONE’s favorite thing to do, I am so happy that I made the switch to North Street Dental! It has been nothing but positive from the very beginning, from the excellent staff answering the phones, greeting you upon arrival and booking appointments, to my wonderful experience with Ross the Dentist who has stepped in to correct issues incurred at another dental practice with excellent results My husband has also now made the switch to them as well Great experience overall - thank you all so much!
