Bhandal Dental Practice - Halesowen Road

When calling up for an appointment, the receptionist Christine, I believe was her name, was very rude and condescending (sniggering down the phone when she asked if I wanted an appointment). Decided not to book and go elsewhere.

Took my wisdom tooth out in seconds the staff was very helpful looked after me after I nearly fainted with the needles and I’m in no pain at all I will definitely come back here

Just had tooth out..very fast service and friendly staff who deserves A star for care too

If I could make this a 0 star review I absolutely would. Do not by any means have your treatments done here. My partner had a crown fitted last year and that was through the NHS. It is now 2026 and we have received a letter of collections stating he owes a substantial amount of money (untrue). While he was getting his treatment back in 2025 the practice and the dentist himself tried to pressure my partner into getting extra work on his teeth done which he obviously declined, this was over the course of 2 sessions. I have called this morning to ask them why they have not put his treatment through as an NHS mandatory treatment and I was told that the people I spoke to had no access to reception so they couldn't help me as the call centre was not based within. Everything about this reeks of mismanagement and I will be personally reporting the practice for this ongoing nonsense. Avoid at all costs if you would to keep your sanity.

on Wednesday 25.3.26 I had an upper molar removed at 2.30pm the dentist was reassuring and supportive,i happen to be a very nervous patient,Mr Bandal pre op was very informative, and acted quickly, and prescribed antibiotics pre op.The dentist who carried out my extraction was so kind quick and reassuring, explaining the procedure whilst it was ongoing,i can recommend this surgery regards Andrea
