I had Invisalign treatment with Dr. Lara Welch at this practice and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. Dr. Welch was incredibly attentive throughout the entire process, really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and tailored the treatment plan around my needs and preferences. I always felt involved in the decisions and completely confident in the care I was receiving. Every appointment felt relaxed and welcoming, and I was made to feel comfortable and genuinely cared for at each visit. The whole team were friendly, supportive, and always available to answer any questions I had. Everything was explained clearly and thoroughly, which made the process feel easy and reassuring from day one. I was given a realistic timeframe from the outset, and the results have exceeded my expectations. I’m absolutely delighted with my new smile and genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to Dr. Welch and the entire team — I would recommend them without hesitation.

I am just simply blown away by what Y Bont Faen Dental Centre have done with my teeth! I never imagined this sort of result would be possible and these images truly do the incredible transformation justice. A positive first visit. The dentist I saw (Nathan) was polite, communicative and personable. Later both the hygienist’s too were polite and helpful and did a great job on cleaning up my teeth.
