Gentle Dental Centre

Probably the best dental clinic in Coventry, especially the Polish dentist Dr. Marcin (apologies, I didn't catch his surname). After an accident, my front porcelain crowns were completely shattered; the doctor repaired them in a one-hour session with impressive results—the teeth look exactly as they did before. Utterly professional, and the ladies at reception are very pleasant. Highly recommended.

My experience with this dentist has been extremely disappointing. I have been visiting this clinic for the past 6 months, but the doctor has failed to properly understand and address my dental problem. Every time I explain my issue, I am simply told to come back after 2 or 3 months instead of receiving a proper solution. Despite having an appointment, I was not seen on time. I arrived before my scheduled appointment and waited for more than an hour, yet my turn still did not come when it should have. This shows a lack of respect for patients’ time. The doctor’s attitude is also poor and unprofessional. He does not listen carefully to patients and does not communicate in a respectful manner. After 6 months of visits, my problem remains unresolved and a significant amount of my time has been wasted. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend this dentist to others. ⭐☆☆☆☆

I have been going to Gentle Dental Centre for many years. The staff are all great, so caring and helpful. I couldn't wish for a better dentist because as far as I concerned, he is already the best. The Centre is still taking on new patients. If you are lucky enough to be taken on there, you will never regret it.

I have been with Gentle Dental since 2025. This practice is extremely well run. It is easy to get an appointment, even in an emergency. The people at reception are very professional and kind.

They have been able to accommodate my lack of availability through work commitments and have given me a Saturday appointment, which really helps.. I will update after my first of 3 extractions. UPDATE: Had 3 extractions today where my teeth had previously snapped off. Kat and Deyol managed all 3 in 1 session and did a fantastic job. Greatful and impressed, they are lovely people 👍

I'm not a dentist type of person and haven't visited one in over 10 years. But the visit to gentle dental went well and id definitely recommend them if you're at all nervous.

Emergency appointment, a bit of a wait but sorted by Dr Marcin, one of the best dentist I've seen in my life, he is a real professional.
