Yesterday a 2 tooth experience: Firstly, my wife lost a tooth and needed urgent attention;Julie, bless her smuggled her into a quick appointment with Johanna but the job could not be done then and there. Back to Julie and a quick shuffle of the cards resulted in a suitable compromise, despite the surgery being booked out for 6 months. Then to me, fast action from Leah and a quick transfer to Johanna. Deganwy Dental Practice were able to see me last minute with an emergency appointment and the whole experience was very friendly and professional. The practice was modern and clean, the appointment was on time and efficient and was great value for the service. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
Great experience .. as always!! Who would think that about a visit to the dentist! The girls are extremely professional but good fun! Eric has a gentle manner and he makes going to the dentist a pleasure!! All the staff are friendly. Helen , the hygienist, makes having a scrape and polish an almost pleasurable experience! Ive been with Eric at Deganwy Dental practise since I was pregnant with my son, who's now 28! My whole family are patients there now. Eric is very patient and gentle and puts up with nervous patients (me!) very well! All the staff are friendly and helpful, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
Top rate dental practice very efficient. Staff always smiling and helpful. Dentist Mr Lof and hygienist Helen are excellent and have looked after my wife and I for many years. We wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended.
I’ve been coming to this practice since I was a little girl. Plus now to bring my own child here. The entire team is incredibly welcoming from the moment you walk through the door. Helen, my hygienist, is absolutely amazing, and I wouldn't trust anyone but Eric with our dental care. If you’re looking for a professional yet friendly environment, I couldn't recommend them more. Highly Recommend!
