Crown Bank Dental Congleton

I was a very apprehensive patient, having had a terrible experience quite some years ago (not at Crown Bank!), and was pretty anxious. When I attended for my appointment, I was made to feel relaxed and comfortable; the procedure was explained properly to me, which gave me confidence and lessened my anxiety. Daniel was patient and did an excellent job with my filling, and I am grateful it went smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice.

Fantastic new client appointment. Clean clinic and staff are really knowledgable and personable. I also had my first clean at a later appointment and they really tailored it to my needs and took their time to explain everything. Really happy with all the visit so far and new client sign up and plans are really good.

The service's, location, and atmosphere is great. I am a guy that had a phobia dentist for over 10 years as a child growing up and in my early adult years. But these guys made me feel so at ease and so comfortable as if I wasnt a first time patient. There so easy to talk to and really understanding. Cant fault a thing about crown bank dental. 100% recommended for all persons but also the people with fear. Best place to go for me

Had a hygiene appointment with Eve the hygienist and Helen the nurse today. From start to finish the treatment I received was amazing. Would highly recommend the GBT hygiene treatment. Completely pain free and removed all my stains.

Over the past few months I've had the most fantastic treatment and service at Crown Bank Dental Congleton. Everything from my new patient assessment, treatment plans, hygienist and dentist appointments have been fully and clearly explained. Rebecca and the team took great care of me during my appointments, making sure I understood what was being done and that I was comfortable throughout. I went in to have an extraction today, I was very nervous due to a previous experience at a different dentist. I was immediately put at ease, the extraction was easy and painless. For anyone that is nervous I would highly recommend crown, amazing dentists and lovely staff.
