Had a descale & polish with Cassie? Great job very thorough. £89 which seemed to have gone up a lot but paid ithowever, made an appt for a check up end of Feb and was told I had to pay right away for it? Never had notification of this change of policy so was rather surprised and on reflection, not happy to have to do that

Had my first appointment with Casie last week and came back in today for a filling. Cassie is very informative and gives the best advice! Natalie and Jamie on reception are so helpful with whatever you ask. All lovely people!!!

I have attended recently as a new patient. Found all staff very friendly and professional. Everything explained to me including xray findings, examination then treatment and plan going forward. I would highly recommend this practice.

Being one of many people who are nervous of going to the dentist, I was extremely apprehensive when booking my first appointment with Lancashire Dental practice. I realised on my first visit this fear was totally misplaced. The dentist was very approachable and put me at ease straight away. He explained my treatment through every step, enabling me to fully understand the procedures. I had no sensitivity or pain through injections or treatment and this allowed me to release the nervousness and anxiety I previously had. In fact, I was so happy with my treatment from the dentist, surgery staff and reception staff I was encouraged to further my treatment with implants. The treatment I received was equally exceptional from the implantologist and his team. Each step of my treatment was fully explained and again, totally painless. I also visit the hygienist regularly to keep my teeth in tip top condition and always receive first class service. I will definitely recommend Lancashire Dental to anyone who requires treatment - be assured you will always be in exceptional safe hands whilst on your painless dental journey.

Made to feel very comfortable from going in to leaving. Receptionists very friendly. Dentist explained everything he was doing even though I couldn't answer him. 👍👌

I am very scared of visiting any dentist but Alex and his dental nurse are an excellent duo Always friendly empathetic to my needs and thorough I almost look forward to check ups now I must include the receptionists also who are welcoming and friendly!
