I was having a check up with Alex who I hadn't met previously. He was very pleasant and I felt completely at ease. Everything was well explained with opportunity to ask questions myself. Left feeling confident that I had been given a thorough check up.

I attended today for a regular check-up. As always the premises is spotlessly clean and well presented. Natasha at reception was as friendly and efficient as ever. Alex and Claire, while putting me at ease, were thorough and professional in their examinations . I left feeling happy that I had been well looked after. Thank you Waterside Dental.

Such a positive experience from Natasha, Samantha & Andrew ..I couldn't recommend highly enough .From someone who suffers from dental anxiety, Waterside dental showed great understanding & empathy and talked me through every process with patience. I had a Hygenist appointment today and all went very satisfactorily. Due to somewhat limited mobility, I had requested a downstairs surgery and this was readily provided. The aReceptionist was also helpful, cheerful and efficient. So thank you for good service. H.S.

My appointment yesterday with my hygenist Jenie and assisted by Annette for my jet polish was a very pleasant visit and I was very relaxed. Two lovely girls.

I’m not a big fan of going to the dentist but today Jennifer put me at ease and was very tentative. She explained everything in detail before taking two teeth out. It was better than I expected.
