Tiptree Dental Surgery

I like the dentists here, they are very attentive and friendly. But some of the receptionists are indeed as rude and supercillious as the comments say. I got heavily reprimanded down the phone when trying to book a check up for the first time because I apparently hadn't had one in ages. Bare in mind I was 20 and had been at university for the past year. Before that, I was reliant on my parents to drive me there and model the routine of going consistently, but I've never seen them go to the dentist or been reminded by them to go. That experience doesn't exactly make me want to return for future check ups.

I’ve seen Mimi a couple of times both for extremely damaged teeth - not just a check up. I found both her and her nurse kind, understanding, friendly and professional. Mimi explained my options for repair in an easily understandable way and did the job quickly and efficiently. Makes going to the dentist almost a pleasure 🥴

I have been visiting here for many many years. Always a friendly and competent service from all staff. I am more than happy with the treatments received. Soon to be going again for my annual checkup 🙂

My son had an accident at the end of the Summer holidays and lost part of his front (adult) tooth! We'd not been lucky enough to register with a practice when we'd moved to the area, so I called in case they might be able to see us as an emergency, and they saw us within half an hour to check there was no nerve damage etc. We returned today, 5 weeks later, to have the tooth repaired. Alex was amazing, explaining everything as he went so my son felt at ease. And the end result - you wouldn't know it had happened in the first place! Thanks so much for taking the time to help us out, and for offering a nervous 9 year old care and reassurance throughout! Hopefully we'll all be able to register with you when you're taking on new patients.

Tiptree Dental Surgery is great. Nice friendly helpful people and my Dentist Will is the best dentist I have ever had.

Dentist & Hygienist work is Great, but the reception and booking needs to be better. They have full books and their customer service shows that! I am pretty sure that, if these staff were treated in this manner they work they would not like it.

Very good service. As a former "terrified of Dentists" thanks to 1940s school dental clinics, since being lucky enough to sign on at their practice 16 years ago I am totally calm whenever I have treatment now.
