I honestly cannot recommend this dental practice highly enough. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Jack was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every step of the treatment clearly, which immediately put me at ease. The level of care and attention to detail was exceptional, and the practice itself was spotless, modern, and very relaxing. What really stood out was how kind and patient everyone was especially for someone who used to feel nervous about visiting the dentist. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines expertise with genuine compassion, this is the place to go. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish!

Extraordinary doctors - patient and professional. Dr. Rob took care of me initially; it was quick and painless. He explained every option I had and we did what was necessary. Then I also saw Laura for a cleaning, done with great patience and attention. Last but not least, I’d like to thank Vicky as well, who was always the link between me and the rest of the doctors -- not all heroes wear capes. 5 stars all the way

Thank goodness for Creffield Lodge. I was in a great deal of pain from an infected tooth over the weekend. Called on Sunday morning and an hour and a half later i was having root canal done ! Top notch service, beautiful surgery, lovely staff, up front costings and very reasonable pricing Highly recommended.

I have a massive life long phobia of the Dentists. However prompted by an upcoming wedding, I braved taking advantage of the special offer for new patients I saw advertised on Facebook recently. I am so glad I did - not only did Rob and his team make me feel safe and in control from the outset, I was also very impressed with the reception team who were kind, approachable and professional. They made me feel welcome, informed and relaxed from the moment i arrived. The reception area is clean comfy and stylish with plenty of seating options. There is limited parking outside but I have been able to find a space on both visits so far and it is just a short walk from the number 52 bus stop, or a little longer one from town. So far, for the first time in a long time, I feel positive about the future of my dental health. So thank you crefield Lodge I have and will highly recommended you to all who would listen.

Saw the hygienist, Laura today. It’s been a while since I last had them professionally cleaned so I was a little nervous. Laura put me at ease immediately and was able to make my teeth look "like new". She was very gentle and kind and I will be quite happy to go to see her for my next appointment.

This was my 1st appointment today and was so impressed from the second i entered the building, everthing was explained to me. Dr Rob Costa was so understanding and patient, hi0s manner is very professional and relaxing. I would highly recommend this dentist.

First appointment today with the practice and I was so nervous but I was put at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Welcoming staff on reception so friendly and the dentist I saw was amazing. Friendly, kind, went through everything with me and communicated well. Felt in good hands. So happy to have changed practices.
